6 mi(run)/51:31/Nice run with my brother(BJ). He picked it up a good bit coming in and I wasn't very happy about that as I am supposed to be taking it easy. Nevertheless, I kept up with him. I felt a little sore afterwards, but still a good run with lot's of hills.
