Nothing beats a good run! I’ve been running for over 30 years, and somehow I enjoy it more with every mile. Marathon days are behind me now, but I’m incredibly proud to have completed 14 marathons over the years.
These days, my goals have shifted, and I’ve really enjoyed running one half marathon each month — woot! Running 3–4 times a week feels just right. Most importantly, spending time with my wife and my girls, Juliana (16) and Jessa (14), is my greatest priority these days.

Today was my 12th day of REST with absolutely NO RUNNING! I am feeling pretty good and the adductor is definitely getting the much deserved REST!. I am so looking forward to January 20, my first day of running.
