I started my day with a nice little 12 mile run and felt great! When I first stepped out of my house, I was dressed for a warm run, only to realize it was COLD. Went back in and added a layer and off I go.
Ran a different route with several new hills. I was a bit surprised at how great I felt and could have easily taken it to another level. Feels good to get back to having some good runs. Seriously considering running the Atlanta Half Marathon!
After my nice 12 mile run, I had the opportunity to go see my neighbor, Christina run her very first 5k Road Race. Congratulations C on a very nice run! So proud of you and looking forward to running another 5k with you down at Atlantic Station next Sunday!!

Nothing better than a good run! I've been running nearly 30 years and find myself enjoying it more every run. Running marathons is a thing of the past for me (at least for now). I'm grateful to be able to run a 1/2 marathon a month. Running 3-4 times a week is good enough. Spending time with my wife and kiddos, Juliana(13) and Jessa(12) is priority for me these days. GR8FL!
