Running by Time...

According to Arthur Lydiard:

I ran today for 60 minutes which equates to 7 miles.
I have decided to use the Arthur Lydiard training program
for my next marathon(Tampa Marathon, 2/18).
This is my schedule for this week:

Monday: 1 hour run
Tuesday: 1.5 hour run
Wednesday: 1 hour run
Thursday: 1.5 hour run
Friday: REST
Saturday: 2 hour run
Sunday: 30 minute run

Run with a purpose!
