A couple of weeks ago on a Sunday evening, I ran into my little girls swing set.
I did not think much of it till the next morning I got up for a run and could
barely walk. I actually tried to run anyway, to no avail.
After two weeks of hobbling around, I finally went to the doctor. Sure enough,
I got an X-ray and the toe had a huge crack in it. That being said, I go to the
orthopedic doctor on Tuesday to have a boot placed on it. Ugh!!
Looks like it will be at least 6 weeks before another run.

Nothing better than a good run! I've been running nearly 30 years and find myself enjoying it more every run. Running marathons is a thing of the past for me (at least for now). I'm grateful to be able to run a 1/2 marathon a month. Running 3-4 times a week is good enough. Spending time with my wife and kiddos, Juliana(13) and Jessa(12) is priority for me these days. GR8FL!
