Here I am with a 3 year old, soon to be 4 and a 2.5 year old. I wish that I had the words to really express how these girls bring me so much joy! I always flip their monitor on right before I step out the door just to get a sneak-a-peak before my feet hit the pavement. That alone just makes my run that much better and allows me to think about how blessed I truly am.

Nothing better than a good run! I've been running nearly 30 years and find myself enjoying it more every run. Running marathons is a thing of the past for me (at least for now). I'm grateful to be able to run a 1/2 marathon a month. Running 3-4 times a week is good enough. Spending time with my wife and kiddos, Juliana(13) and Jessa(12) is priority for me these days. GR8FL!
