March 16-March 22

Well, not a bad week of training. Did not get in as many miles as I had hoped for, but I am happy. I missed one day this week due to a make-up ALTA tennis match. I also missed my long run on Saturday due to ALTA. I will be doing my long runs on Sunday for now since tennis is on Saturday. I will also probably start riding my bike on Monday's since the weather is warming up and becoming nicer.

Here are this week's results:

Monday: REST

Tuesday: 10.2 mi/1:27:30/Nice run after a 4 day break. Did not feel great at the beginning of the run, but I ran plenty of hills and it turned out to be a good run!







Wednesday: ALTA Tennis

Thursday: 6.2 mi/54:28/Nice, easy run w/Dan! I felt pretty good seeing that I played tennis the night before till 10:30.







Friday: REST

Saturday: ALTA

Sunday: 6.1 mi/55:51/Nice, easy run with Stef before her debut half-marathon!







Weekly Miles: 22.5 mi

So, all in all, not too bad of a week. I am hopeful for a better week this week as far as getting in more miles. I am looking forward to getting my bike out and putting in some miles in on it! Hope everyone has had a great week and good luck to my friend Stef who I have been helping train for the ING Half-Marathon on Sunday. I am certain that you are going to do a GREAT job.
