REST

As of today, I will be taking a 3-week break from running. I need to try to focus my attention on getting rid of the tendinitis that I am still struggling with. I had thought that it was getting better, but after Monday's run I realized that it may be getting worse. Somehow I must have started training a little too hard to soon. That being said, I am still hopeful that I can get back to training in 3 weeks.
