3.1 mi(run)/29:59/Nice slow morning run with NO hills. I felt pretty good and the adductor felt much better than my previous two runs. I am trying not to stretch the adductor muscles as I feel like I may have strained it with all the stretching. I did have a good workout with weights this morning and did some leg extensions as well.
Nothing better than a good run! I've been running nearly 30 years and find myself enjoying it more every run. Running marathons is a thing of the past for me (at least for now). I'm grateful to be able to run a 1/2 marathon a month. Running 3-4 times a week is good enough. Spending time with my wife and kiddos, Juliana(13) and Jessa(12) is priority for me these days. GR8FL!
