2.2 mi(run)/21:15/Oh, to be running again! It wasn't my fastest run, but at least I am running again. My adductor was pretty sore afterwards and actually it was sore during the run. I really ran a slow pace and did some stretching after the run. Also, I did a couple of leg machines with weights to strengthen my quads and hamstrings.
Nothing better than a good run! I've been running nearly 30 years and find myself enjoying it more every run. Running marathons is a thing of the past for me (at least for now). I'm grateful to be able to run a 1/2 marathon a month. Running 3-4 times a week is good enough. Spending time with my wife and kiddos, Juliana(13) and Jessa(12) is priority for me these days. GR8FL!
