Well, off to Tampa we go. My wife and I are leaving this evening for a 6 hour drive to Tampa. I plan to play a little
golf on Friday and REST up all day on Saturday and hangout at the beach with Sabrina. The marathon is on Sunday
and I will return on Monday! Have a GREAT weekend and KEEP RUNNING!!

Nothing better than a good run! I've been running nearly 30 years and find myself enjoying it more every run. Running marathons is a thing of the past for me (at least for now). I'm grateful to be able to run a 1/2 marathon a month. Running 3-4 times a week is good enough. Spending time with my wife and kiddos, Juliana(13) and Jessa(12) is priority for me these days. GR8FL!
