Saturday/February 27

4.2 mi(run)/36:47/Nice run on a beautiful afternoon! Took my time and just enjoyed running again. I missed several days due to being very tired.

Wednesday/February 24

4.2 mi(run)/37:15/Nice run after a long break. Breaks are always a good thing if you ask me. My lovely wife and I have a new addition to our family, thus the long break. We are the proud foster parents of a beautiful little girl born, 2/11/10. She is just so awesome and has brought both of us tons of joy!

Thursday/February 11

4.2 mi(run)/37:38/Whew! Not a good run. Man, I am sooo frustrated. I just do not understand what is going on. What a miserable run today and this is after 3 great runs and a 3 day break. I was so excited to run today just to run the whole way in total pain! I guess it is safe to say popping an Aleve before my run makes a big difference, as I did not pop one today. Oh well!!

Sunday/February 7

6.3 mi(run)/55:21/My longest run yet since returning from my break. Also, 2 runs in two days, yeah! I felt pretty darn good and had a nice run with no pain once again. I took an Aleve before my run, so not sure if that helped or if my adductor is just feeling much better. I will probably attempt a longer run next weekend. This has been a GREAT week of running! I am pretty excited about my progress.

Saturday/February 6

4.6 mi(run)/45:42/Nice, easy run in Buckhead with my buddy Allen. I was not supposed to be running any hills, but as you can see, we ran a few. It is very hard to run in Buckhead and not run any hills. The hills were small and short, so I did have yet another pain-free run. It was good catching up with Allen as it had been awhile since our last run!

4.2 mi(run)/35:28/Another pain-free, nice run. I was able to run with a bit of speed, although that was not my goal and finished feeling pretty good. I did some groin stretches after the run. Progress!

Tuesday/February 2

2 mi(run)/18:15/It was raining this morning, so I chose to run on the treadmill at the gym, ugh! I am not a big treadmill fan, for sure. That being said, I had a really nice 2 mile speed run on the mill. I increased my speed every 1/2 mile. Probably not a good idea, but I did it mostly cause I hate the treadmill and I wanted to run to be over. It was another pain-free run!

4.2 mi(run)/36:18/Wow, another good run with no pain. That would be 2 in a row. Of course, I ran too fast with none of my miles being over 9 minutes. Oh well, better luck tomorrow! Once again, I did some adductor stretches after the run.
