4.2 mi(run)/35:28/Another pain-free, nice run. I was able to run with a bit of speed, although that was not my goal and finished feeling pretty good. I did some groin stretches after the run. Progress!
Nothing better than a good run! I've been running nearly 30 years and find myself enjoying it more every run. Running marathons is a thing of the past for me (at least for now). I'm grateful to be able to run a 1/2 marathon a month. Running 3-4 times a week is good enough. Spending time with my wife and kiddos, Juliana(13) and Jessa(12) is priority for me these days. GR8FL!
