4.2 mi(run)/35:48/Great run on a beautiful evening after school! The temperatures were just lovely, I ran in a T-Shirt it was so warm. It was my first run since visiting the Chiropractor and the adductor felt great!

Saturday/March 27

4.2 mi(run)/????/My GPS did something really weird, so no results posted for this run. It was my first run in like 2 weeks. Whew! Man, very little sleep has made me too tired to run. I am hopeful that I will start getting more sleep and in return getting in more miles. I am going to see a Chiropractor on Monday to see if they can help me with my injury. Wish me luck!

4.2 mi(run)/35:48/Nice Sunday afternoon run on a cool day. Man, where are those Spring temperatures! Definitely enjoyed the run and if I had time, I would have run much further. Maybe next time!

4.2 mi(run)/34:59/Nice run after a few days of REST! I felt really good and did a few fartleks to get some speed work in. GREAT run!

4.2 mi(run)/36:07/Another nice run on a cool, windy afternoon. Ran with some speed coming in, but did not over-do it.

4.2 mi(run)/36:47/Nice run on a beautiful afternoon! Took my time and just enjoyed running again. I missed several days due to being very tired.

4.2 mi(run)/37:15/Nice run after a long break. Breaks are always a good thing if you ask me. My lovely wife and I have a new addition to our family, thus the long break. We are the proud foster parents of a beautiful little girl born, 2/11/10. She is just so awesome and has brought both of us tons of joy!
